IMPORTANT INSTALLATION & SAFETY INFORMATION
We strongly recommend using a surge protector with all strip lights to help protect against power surges.
To reduce the risk of damage or fire, fully unspool all lights before connecting them to a power source.
Before cutting or modifying your lights, test them to verify the light output and color meet your project requirements. Products that have been cut or altered may not be eligible for return or exchange if they were not tested beforehand.
These lights are not designed for continuous 24-hour operation. Operating them 24/7 may cause overheating, reduce their lifespan, and void warranty coverage for related damage. Please turn the lights off for at least a couple of hours each day.

Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by LED Pirates.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective, damaged in shipping, or the incorrect item was shipped by LED Pirates:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Special-order, custom-configured, clearance, discontinued, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not returnable unless covered by an applicable product warranty.
