IMPORTANT SAFETY & INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
We strongly recommend using a surge protector with all strip lights to help safeguard against power surges.
For outdoor rope light installations, all electrical connections must be sealed with a weatherproof heat-shrink tape kit to protect against moisture.
Always fully unroll or unspool the lights before connecting them to power. Operating lights while they are coiled may cause overheating and create a fire hazard.
Before cutting, trimming, or modifying your lights, test them to confirm the color and light output meet your project requirements. Products that have been cut or altered cannot be returned or exchanged if they were not tested prior to modification.
These lights are intended for intermittent use and should not remain on continuously. Running them 24 hours a day can cause overheating, reduce their lifespan, and is not covered under the warranty. For best performance, turn the lights off for at least a few hours each day.

Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by LED Pirates.
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the product is defective, damaged in shipping, or the incorrect item was shipped by LED Pirates:
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Approved returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Special-order, custom-configured, clearance, discontinued, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return. Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not returnable unless covered by an applicable product warranty.
